There is a short distance {actually less than 30 inches from the sacrum to the brain} to travel within and up in order to enter the kingdom
The length of time it takes to complete this journey varies greatly yet ALL must travel exactly the same distance . Some have been CONSCIOUSLY undertaking this journey for many lifetimes, others are just beginning . It matters not when you begin what matters is that you keep travellng . "When the student is ready the teacher for the next step ALWAYS appears"

According to the Rishis {the original diseminators of the yoga path} it takes ONE MILLION YEARS of disease free living in order to make this 30 inch journey to Self Realization.
Thus the search for authentic "shortcuts to evolution" embodied in the Tantric Kriya Yoga practice. One Cobra Breath is the equivalent of one year of perfectly healthy living . So, do the math and figure out how many years of Cobra Breaths are needed to complete the circuit .
