I've been researching the effects of abortion on a three-fold level (physical, mental, spiritual). Obviously there are a number of factors depending on the conditions of each individual, though does anyone have thoughts about whether or not women are effected spiritually after undergoing the abortion procedure?

Hi Crystal,

I always welcome women's perspectives on this highly sensitive issue, and am curious as to what you've found in your research (and also your experience, if you've had an abortion and feel to share). I agree that circumstances are different for every woman and that it no doubt is a highly personal experience.

I plan to give a fuller explanation of what terminating a pregnancy does â€” and does not â€” mean, to clear up the many misconceptions about abortion and heal the social division over this topic.
