Shrine to Sacred Sexuality Posted: July 29, 2004 |
|
|
The Society for Sacred Sexuality aspires to build a grand shrine that will serve as a symbol for sacred sex worldwide. Like the Pyramids, Taj Mahal, and other famed cultural icons, the Sacred Sex Shrine will stand for ages attesting to the glory of sacred sex. The idea for the shrine continues a tradition seen in structures like the Temples at Khajuraho in India.
In addition, the Society for Sacred Sexuality seeks to build premiere resort/teaching facilities in prime tropical locales around the world. These facilities will double as training centers for sacred sex teachers (many of whom will live and teach on-site) and resort/learning centers for the general public. They will offer genuine sacred sex instruction in a pleasure-filled, sensuous setting. The 5-star resorts will also serve as romantic get-aways, healing spas, gathering places, ritual venues, art exhibits, and more, all devoted to sacred sex.
Finally, the Society for Sacred Sexuality seeks to open Sacred Sex Centers in major population areas worldwide. These local centers will teach sacred sex to the public at large.

Hawaii Sacred Sex Center Posted: March 15, 2008 |
|
|
The Society for Sacred Sexuality is currently seeking investors for a retreat center in Hawaii. Property is already secured, and building investors are already lined up. We are now seeking funds for startup & operations costs.
The property is over 15 acres in an excellent location, with ocean views just over a mile away. We are looking to make this our primary Sacred Sex Center. It will act as a teaching facility and retreat venue, combined with beach rental and vacation get-away to provide continuous income. In addition to a percentage of operations income, investors will get a share of resale earnings should the facility be sold. Property value after rental development will be well over $1 million. Investment share will depend on dollar amount.
For more information or to inquire, please contact Gary Joseph. |

Pacific Northwest Center Posted: June 1, 2008 |

As part of our plan to establish Sacred Sex Centers everywhere, we are currently seeking investors for a center in the Pacific Northwest. The facility, which is already secured, is a large house beautifully situated on the beach, at the juncture of the Pacific Ocean and an inland bay, with views of the water on 3 sides.
We are looking to remodel the facility to make it retreat ready, at a cost of $200-250 thousand. When complete, the center will act as a teaching facility and retreat venue, combined with beach rental and vacation get-away to provide continuous income. In addition to a percentage of operations income, investors will get a share of resale earnings should the facility be sold. Property value, after rental income is established and real estate market rebounds, is over $1 million. Investment share will be about 1/4, depending on investment amount.

Sacred Sex Center function & use Posted: October 18, 2008 |
|
|
I think that the most practical & beneficial way to use the main centers is to make them multi-use facilities that will generate multiple revenue streams and promote the centers in various ways. Below is an outline of some of these uses (the list is by no means exhaustive; I invite others to add to it):
- offer personal & group instruction in sacred sex, as well as educational talks to introduce sacred sex to the public;
- host weekend & week-long retreats, led by qualified sacred sex instructors;
- host in-depth month-long and year-long immersion programs in sacred sex;
- invite independent sacred sex teachers to teach out of the facility under a generous revenue-sharing plan (center promotes teachers and attracts clients);
- hold guided sacred sex lessons and practice sessions for the community;
- hold other meetings and gatherings for sacred sex practitioners, such as Music & Dance events, with Sacred Fire and Drumming Circle;
- host seasonal Sacred Sex Rituals for the community;
- host conferences for sacred sex teachers and professional groups like ASEP (Association of Sex Energy Professionals)
- offer training to healing professionals wishing to incorporate sexual energy work into their practice
- use as a goddess healing & retreat center for women to come for spiritual and physical rejuvenation (including programs for teacher 'burn-out' and women who have suffered sexual trauma/abuse) in a spa-type environment;
- offer personal retreat space for individuals to pursue their private spiritual practice in a tranquil setting, with meals, lodging, etc. taken care of
- offer work/study programs for people who can contribute services (building, maintenance, groundskeeping, cooking, etc.) in exchange for room & board, plus sacred sex instruction;
- offer romantic getaway rentals for couples (esp. honeymooners) who want to vacation AND learn sacred sex to enrich their marriage;
- use as a tourist attraction featuring sacred sex art exhibits, romantic gardens, lovemaking alcoves, and 'live' museum, including dance and ritual performance, sacred sex tradition enactments, etc.
These activities would allow the center to succeed quickly, and expand as it grows. |
