Greetings,

When I tried to register, the list of interests I included wasn't allowed, yet none were rude or illegal.

Reading, Meditation, Learning, Socialising, Sumer

Please let me know which was the offending term.

Hi Ashara, welcome to the website.

You definitely shouldn't have had a problem registering with those interests. Sometimes our spam filter (which is quite effective -- you'll find no spam on our site!) gets a little greedy. I'll look into it and post an answer for you.

UPDATE: I found the problem, but am still working on the solution. The 'offending' word was 'Socialising', which, while innocent in itself, contains the word 'cialis', an erectile dysfunction med that is a common product in spam advertising. (I told you our filter is good.) I'll look into ways to filter out only distinct words, but it's tricky because spammers use all sorts of tricks themselves.

I've added the interests to your profile, so they're now present.
